Every future project should state its question, method, sources, dates, limitations, conflicts, ownership, consent needs, and review status.

Define what is being investigated, why it matters, and what would count as useful evidence.

Record sources, collection steps, assumptions, limitations, privacy, consent, and quality controls.

Separate observations, interpretations, uncertainties, and owner decisions so readers can evaluate them.

Draft findings will be labeled. Unsupported conclusions and overstated impact claims will not be presented as fact.
